Who I Am:
Francesca is an accomplished consultant, facilitator and executive coach with wide experience in diversity and inclusion and in supporting organisational and personal development. Beginning her career in South Africa, Francesca worked in healthcare, education and financial services. She then moved to the UK, working there from 1997 to 2010, contributing as both an internal and external consultant to the success of organisations and their people. Internal roles in organisations have included senior level appointments as Director of Organisational Development, Director Talent Management and Head of Culture and Engagement. She has designed and delivered executive education and leadership programs; culture change initiatives; team development interventions, strategy and vision workshops; executive coaching and large-scale employee engagements. Â
Francesca’s consultancy experience includes a diverse spectrum of industries and international cultures. Over more than two decades she has worked with companies such as ING Bank, Nestle, Diageo, ICI Paints, Amersham Health, Macquarie, APA Group, ANZ, Clayton Utz, QBE Australia, Cuscal, NPPA, Auspaynet and Recovre. She has developed a good understanding of the public and not-for-profit sectors, applying her private sector experience in her engagements with organisations such as the North London Collegiate School, Park Royal Partnership, Ealing Council, Hammersmith and Fulham Council, TransGrid, Guide Dogs NSW/ACT, The ABS, ASIC, AMSA, University of Adelaide, NSW Health and Sydney Water.
In Australia, she has worked with FBG Group as Principal Consultant and as Managing Consultant for Symmetra, a diversity consultancy. She has worked as Senior Learning Consultant for Melbourne Business School and is now an associate for them. She presently works on discreet projects and as an executive coach and independent consultant, partnering with medium sized companies and professional services to deliver organisation development solutions.
Francesca is also qualified in a range of psychometrics including Kantor’s Structural Dynamics (BLI), Myers Briggs Type Indicator II, the Hogan Leadership Suite, The Leadership Circle, MTQ (Mental Toughness Questionnaire) and MRG 360 feedback.
Francesca brings a wealth of experience, pragmatism, creativity, empathy and challenge to her consulting and coaching. She has coached C-Suite executives and senior leaders from a diverse spectrum of industries and international cultures. Executive coaching, at all levels, has always featured significantly in her portfolio. She has a reputation for engaging deeply with her clients to deliver meaningful outcomes, strengthening leadership and building capacity for more robust relationships. She has worked with people going through career transitions, developed leaders in their present roles and supported others in their development journey.
